Built around the process

From product feed to finished pack.

This full set packaging system integrates Z-type bucket elevator, overhead multi-head combination weigher, vertical packaging host and finished-product discharge conveyor. Raw materials are lifted gently by the Z elevator to the multi-head weigher for high-precision weighing. After weighing, materials fall into the vertical packaging machine, which automatically completes film unwinding, bag forming, filling, sealing, cutting. Finished bags are delivered out by the discharge conveyor.
