Your information

Privacy notice

This notice explains how information submitted through the GUANCHUAN website is used for packaging equipment enquiries.

1. Information you provide

When you submit an equipment enquiry, we receive the contact details and project information you enter. Required information includes your name, email address, country or region, product to pack and requirements. You may also provide a company name, telephone number, target pack weight, production speed or bag format. A privacy request asks for your contact details and the request itself rather than a product to pack.

Please provide information relevant to your enquiry. Do not include payment credentials, sensitive personal information or confidential material that is unnecessary for the equipment discussion.

2. Enquiry context and website operation

An enquiry may include the equipment or application you selected, the page you enquired from, referral information and campaign parameters available when you submit. This helps connect your request to the relevant equipment and understand how enquiries reach the website.

The website and its hosting infrastructure may process technical request information needed to operate the site, protect the enquiry form and investigate failures. We use controls intended to reduce automated or repeated submissions.

3. How enquiry information is used

We use enquiry information to assess your request, discuss a suitable equipment configuration, prepare a response or quotation, and continue the related business conversation. Enquiry context may also help us understand which products and pages lead to useful requests.

Submitting an equipment enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

4. Storage and service providers

Submitted enquiries are stored on the website server. Where a notification service is configured, the enquiry may also be passed to that service so the request can be brought to the attention of the team handling it.

Hosting and enquiry-notification providers may process this information as part of delivering those services. The configured services and hosting location determine where the information is processed.

5. Cookies, browser storage and advertising

Browser session storage keeps enquiry source information and helps avoid recording the same successful submission more than once. You can clear it through your browser settings. After a successful submission, a first-party receipt cookie lasts for up to one hour so the website can show the enquiry confirmation associated with that browser.

This version of the website does not enable advertising or analytics tags by default. If measurement services are introduced, the notice and any relevant choices will be updated to describe the actual configuration. Following a link to an external messaging or other service is subject to that service’s own privacy practices.

6. Retention and your requests

Enquiry information is used for the equipment discussion and related business records. You can ask about information associated with your enquiry, request a correction, or ask for deletion where it is no longer needed. Any records that must still be retained for an ongoing transaction or other applicable requirement are considered when responding.

Use the contact form and identify your message as a privacy request. Include the email address used for the original enquiry and enough context to locate the request. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

7. Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated when the enquiry process or the services used by the website change. The date below identifies the current version.
